Materials- Spray-Dried Ceramic and Glass Powders

Spray-Dried PowdersGBC's ceramic powders are ready to form by tablet pressing or isostatic pressing methods. Precise ball milling and spray-drying enables GBC to provide highly flowable and homogeneous powder characteristics.

GBC offers matched and compression sealing glasses prepared for dry pressing. Many standard industrial sealing glasses from major manufacturers are available as well as custom-milled and blended formulations.

GBC's laboratory facilities provide accurate shrinkage and density data with each lot of material. All powders are supplied in standard minus 40-mesh or graded to our customer's needs. The powders can also be "lubed" upon request, or lubricants and binders can be recommended to solve specific pressing and firing problems.

GBC powders are available in minimum lots of 5 pounds.
