Cerasil™ 224U ceramic is similar to Steatite but has some distinct advantages. Cerasil™ has a lower C.O.T.E. resulting in excellent thermal shock resistance.
In addition Cerasil™ also has a lower firing temperature, lower shrinkage and lower tool wear, all of which lower processing costs and offer cost effective solutions to our customers.
