With glass preforms we have consistently demonstrated high quality end products even in the highest production volumes due to the stringent and expansive batch controls used throughout manufacture so you can be confident that your components will perform.
Manufacturing hermetic glass to metal seals we are able to deliver products such as relays, fuses and fibre optic connectors. We also have the capability to manufacture compression seals, alumina stepped seals and customised formulations if you do not find a solution from our range of over 300 compositions.
MTC GBC Materials is committed to research and development and continue to improve the range of expansion coefficients available currently thermal expansions ranging from 32 to 130 x107 in/in/⁰C.
